It’s time to go over the most recent information regarding shipping!
But first, we’d like to remind everyone of what the last newsletter contained - previously, we provided estimated dates for the departure of containers from our warehouse and as stated in that post, these containers will still need a few weeks to make the journey over, go through customs, and be prepared for shipping.
Now, we’d like to provide the status of shipment for each individual region:
USA:
All containers have been shipped from our warehouse, and the first ones should arrive in early August. US customers should have already received their address confirmation email from us, please check your inbox if you haven’t received anything yet! The address we’re checking is what you provided through our stores or through Gamefound. Once the containers arrive, they will be unpacked and shipped out by Miniature Market.

UK:
The containers should be arriving today, and shipping will last through this week and next week. We have decided that Fuze Fulfillment will be the best match for our shipping needs in this region and will handle some of the shipments, while our UK branch, fittingly named Dark Archon, will handle the rest.
Canada:
The containers are on the ship now, and expected to arrive at the port in mid-August. Lightspeed Global will be the one handling logistics for this region!

Australia/NZ:
Unfortunately, shipping to Sydney took longer than expected but it’s on its way. The containers were sent out in mid July and are expected to arrive in mid September. Local distribution will be handled by Lets Play Games.

EU + Rest of the World:
There’s about 200 EU pre-orders left for us to ship, and about 60 ROTW ones - we should be able to finish shipping these out very soon!
Please note that at this stage, we’re only able to make changes within the same country. For US pre-orders, these address changes can only happen within the same state - this is unfortunately due to accounting reasons. If you’re not able to pick up your package when it’s shipped out and it’s returned to us, we can organize a reshipment!
We’re very grateful for your patience thus far throughout this process, and we sincerely hope that any delays experienced during this initial launch won’t hurt your enjoyment of the game!
