Pre-Orders Shipping Update and Regional Fulfilment

Greetings, Commanders!

We would like to share the latest shipping information and provide a clearer overview of what to expect in the coming weeks.
 

Recap

Once again, we would like to thank everyone for their patience throughout the shipping process. The number of pre-orders has been incredible (around 300,000 individual boxes!), and we have already shipped a significant portion of them. Based on our previous estimates, we are still aiming to complete shipping from our warehouse this month.
 

As mentioned in the previous mail update, shipping began on May 25 and was expected to take approximately two months from our warehouse. At this stage, we hope to have all remaining orders dispatched from our warehouse in the first half of this month.
 

We will be handling customs for the following regions:
- EU
- UK
- US
- Canada
- South Korea
- Australia/New Zealand
 

Shipping to all other regions is processed at 0% tax. Please note that in these cases, customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
 

We previously stated that pre-orders would be prioritized, and this remains the case. Due to the strong support for the game, including from retailers, we have decided to postpone the retail street date by approximately one month to ensure pre-orders remain our priority.
 

Current Shipping Progress

We have prepared an overview of when we expect the remaining containers to leave our warehouse, along with the progress made so far.
 

Please note that these dates refer only to the estimated departure of containers from our warehouse. Once the containers arrive at their respective local shipping hubs, they will still need to go through customs, be unpacked, and then dispatched to individual customers. This process may take a few additional weeks to complete.
 

We would also like to remind everyone that if your order is being shipped from a local hub, your shipping status will only update once the containers reach that hub. The tracking number for your individual package will be provided once your order is dispatched from the local hub.
 

- USA: ~73% of orders have been shipped via containers — about 6,000 out of 8,400 orders. Remaining containers are expected to be sent next week.

- UK: Containers are expected to ship between July 6 and July 8, for a total of 740 orders.

- Canada: Containers are expected to ship between July 3 and July 7, for a total of 1262 orders.

- Australia/NZ: Containers are expected to ship between July 9 and July 14, for a total of 911 orders.

- EU + Rest of the World: Pre-orders are shipped directly from our factory, so no containers are required. 2,270 out of 5,883 orders have been shipped in total.
 

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
 

Please note that address changes may not be possible in every case, especially if the requested change is significant or the order is already too far along in the shipping process. In such cases, we may be able to offer a refund instead.
 

Looking Ahead

We understand that the initial fulfilment process is taking longer than originally anticipated. This first wave was designed to be a major launch, and its scale made logistics more complex than expected. However, future waves should be easier for us to estimate, manufacture, and fulfil more efficiently.
 

We already have our next releases planned, and the full reveal of the next wave is coming soon. For now, we continue to closely monitor Wave 1 pre-orders to ensure that they are dispatched as quickly as possible.
