First things first, we want to thank every single one of you for your amazing support so far - it blew our greatest expectations out of the water! We’ve had to increase our manufacturing capacity and added 3 new injection machines, which have just arrived. We need these to make the 300k individual boxes (95k of which are made up of the starter sets)!
This many boxes is a massive undertaking for us and the journey definitely won’t be easy! The following is just a small peek at what goes on in our factory, and a showcase of how we plan to ship everything out in a timely manner.
We’re doing everything we can to get these pre-orders out the door as soon as possible, and this blog will answer your most asked questions; so strap in because we have some important things to discuss!
The current plan is to begin shipping on the 25th of May - this is when the first pallets of games will be sent to various distribution hubs around the world. They will take a couple of weeks to arrive and will promptly be shipped out once it's in the hands of the logistics company. From beginning to end, this entire process is expected to take 2 months - which is a conservative estimate. Please note that not everyone will immediately receive their pledge once shipping begins - there really is a lot to get through, and we want to thank you for your patience during this very busy time. If there are any significant changes to this plan, we will let everyone know!
As mentioned above, we will have various hubs for different regions - we will handle some of the locations ourselves, but some of them will be done through external companies. The main locations are:

AU/NZ - Let’s Play Games
ROTW/Outside of EU - Archon
Please note that for all regions except ROTW/Outside of EU, you are not expected to pay import duties/taxes - we will cover this cost.
We plan to prioritize the shipment of regular pre-orders made directly through us first. This means you will most likely see the game in stores after we finish this shipping wave, starting in July, although pre-orders from retailers can still be made earlier.
The Rules PDF should be available in May - we’re just waiting for the final go-ahead from the team at Blizzard while they thoroughly check it!
The cards for Print & Play are planned to be made available in May through our web app - they will be regularly updated and always available to everyone for free!
Wave 2 will release once the first Wave is out. Pre-orders are planned to begin in June/July, with shipping in August. This is also when the individual starter sets will be available!
Zeratul will have his own rules once his non-promo model equivalent releases - this will happen in Wave 2.
Wave 3 is planned for August, and will mainly feature casters as well as a hero for each Race. After that, we have the planned Narrative Campaign by Sam Pearson. Wave 4 is scheduled to launch in October, bringing in flying units for each race!
Unfortunately, it’s no longer possible to sign up - all playtests are currently being conducted through closed groups.
Custom dice will be available with the release of Wave 2!
We plan to start releasing the language versions in 2027, starting from Polish and then gradually release the rest of the planned languages - French, German, Spanish, and Korean!
Unfortunately, we don’t ship to Latin America due to the logistical difficulties we’ve experienced in the past - fans from these counties will have to purchase the game through local stores or use a mail forwarding service. Please note that we still ship to North and Central America, including Mexico!
